Brewed significantly cooler than expected, around 165F instead of the nearly 200F other people have experienced. Odd shape. Big footprint.
Detailed Commentary
Got it delivered for $71 total from thecoffee.com. When the temp turned out to be sub-standard, contacted Saeco service. Received a diatribe of how ALL their machines brew between 160F and 165F. Returned the unit. The whole return process took over a month, but the folks at thecoffee.com did well and I would buy there again.
