Bottom Line: You'll wonder how you went without it for so many years.  A coffee maker that can hang with the big boys for a GREAT price.
Positive Product Points

Makes coffee fast and HOT.  Looks great in your kitchen too!

Negative Product Points

Carafe is a pain to clean.  No simple off button.  Filter holder is flimsy.

Detailed Commentary

I've gotten compliments on this machine dozens of times.  It looks nice, and the coffee comes out steaming hot.  One of the lower points of this machine is that carafe is a pain to clean.  I had to buy a long brush to scrape the bottom of it.

The filter holder is a bit flmsy, but doesn't interfere with the quality of the coffee, in fact it's the only thing that isn't "solid" about the machine.  Also, a guest of mine found the lack of easy to read buttons a bit discouraging (she ended up unplugging it).

Other than those "small" nucances, I love the temperature of the coffee.  Many reviews point to it being the proper temp.  The coffee tastes great and machine looks high-tech and pleasing to the eye.

Buying Experience

Costco has a no-questions-asked, return-at-anytime-for-any reason- plus-shipping-refunded policy.  WOW.  You really can't ask for anything more and I got it in a very reasonable time after ordering online.
