Positive Product Points

Pretty much - everyone has already said the great aspects of this machine.

Negative Product Points

Same here.  I feel it's kind of a pain to hit the "on" button twice to start brewing, but that's the worst.  The carafe does have a narrow opening, but it's wider than Bunn Commercial ones, so I'm all right.

Detailed Commentary

Really, everyone has said all the good and bad things about this product.

I really like the ability to make piping hot coffee without having to use Chemex or Melitta Pour-Over in the morning, and I like the ability to make more coffee than our Melitta auto-drip.

The design is mediocre - it looks good, but the usability gets hindered, since the pour-in spot is in a place where you may have to pull the machine out to pour water in.  The carafe has a narrow opening, which is just big enough for my hands to fit in.

Overall, a good machine for a great price.

Buying Experience

I went to the store.  I gave them cash.  They let me walk away with it.
