Bottom Line: Presto has built a winner...the Presto Scandinavian puts my (former) Cuisinart BrewCentral to shame.
Positive Product Points

-Gets the brewing water up to optimal temp, which is really the only important thing.
-I like the styling, it doesn't have the high end materials that other more expensive machines do but I think the design is unique and stylish.

Negative Product Points

I don't think there are many negative product points.  It doesn't have some of the  features of otherhigher end  machines, like a 'small pot' setting.  Thats about it.

Detailed Commentary

You can't get a much better value than this machine.  It seems like most manufacturers are more interested in making their coffee makers look pretty than making good coffee.  Thankfully, Presto has thought of coffee lovers with this one.

I bought one of these for the office and after trying some of the same coffee in the Presto and my Cuisinart Brew Central I knew I would be getting a Presto at home.  The coffee is so much richer, the Brew Central coffee seems flat and watery by comparison.

This machine is a winner.

Buying Experience

Bought from Costco.com, after a non-member fee and shipping it was about $47.  Similar to what other stores are charging.
