Detailed Commentary
I got this at Sears for $17 and now I know why. Overflow at the drip onto the carafe resulted in spattering, noisy coffee making. Very hard to clean and the top part remains very wet for a long time resulting in cold, clammy water the next day when you swing the filter holder out to make a new pot of coffee. Very poorly designed digital clock that is not backlit making it unreadable at counter level. The #4 filter has to be pushed down very hard to fit the holder so it will shut. I don't understand the high review for this thing.
