Newco of no value in diagnosing problem(near derogatory) , I found that the pour ball mechanism was plugged, cleaned it. Brewer has gotten slower, taking 45 min to brew a pot, with lots of steam and hissing. I suspected scale buildup, ran vinegar through, the thing exploded dumping vinegar all over the counter. Newco suggested I send it back, my shipping nickel, $25 to check, $75 + to fix. I don't think so. If anyone wants it, email me, otherwise its in the trash.
