You love coffee, then you walk into a store and this wonderful sleek new product catches your eye. Naturally you pick it up. The packaging and descriptions lead you to believe this is a wonderful concept for brewing coffee. Seeing as espresso is now widely used and sold and nearly perfected in the weathered pod format. You take it home, open it up (hands shaking in anticipation) set it all up with ease, place in the pod and press the button (all very easy to do). Then this wonderful whirling sound is emitted from this beautiful machine and coffee begins to pour out into your cup. Then its done! You take the cup, place it to your lips, sniff the aroma, which is wonderful, then................ the coffee in the cup completely lets you down! Its watery, warm (when it should be hot), and weak. The dreaded three W's in the coffee business. Which are a formula for unsatisfied customers and a failed product. Overall though if Melitta could figure out how to strengthen then add a little boldness and body to their coffee this product could easily beat other more expensive products and make its way into millions more homes!! I hope Melitta execs are reading! Heres to hoping. Thanks!
