Detailed Commentary
I've been buying coffeemakers for over 20 years, usually whenever i break the glass container. This time I decided to solve that problem by buying a machine with an aluminum thermos-type container. Who knew that the machine would be the worst machine that I ever purchased? The finish started to deteriorate within 3 weeks - the black plastic became discolored and the silver-painted buttons (which i thought were metal) began to peel. It now looks like a very cheap machine. The instruction manual for programming is difficult to understand and the machine is not intuitive. The amount of grounds necessary for a strong pot of coffee tends to overflow the filter. The coffee tastes fine and stays moderately hot for about an hour.
