Bottom Line: Very user friendly machine that gives you a decent cup of coffee, and quickly.
Positive Product Points

Ease of use, and makes consistent tasting coffee. Nice looking modern machine

Negative Product Points

K cups may not be as easy to buy in some areas, running out of coffee at a bad time can be...bad. There will be times when you may feel that brewing a pot of coffee is more convenient for serving guests.

Detailed Commentary

Easy to set up and use. The machine came with a very easy to understand set up guide. Foolproof brewing that gives good results. It only takes 4 minutes to draw water from the reservoir and heat it to brewing temperature. Once the machine is on, it is just a matter of putting a K cup into the chamber, placing your mug on the small shelf, select cup size, and brew.
There are times when you do not feel the need to brew an entire pot just for one cup of coffee. On the downside there will be times when you have guests and need multiple cups of coffee.

Buying Experience

The machine went on sale, and our other coffee pot was getting old, figured why not.
