the flippin thing leaks...not just a little...ALOT...from the tank.

My wife wanted this, so I bought it...and the first few months it worked great, then i woke up one day and it had started to leak...i contacted HB and they said the gasket needs to be replaced (which they sent me) so i replace the gasket and it still leaks, i contact HB again and they e-mail me a parts list with pricing.
I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed...but if i paid 70.00 for it new and they want to charge me 20.00 for parts and shipping...im out 90.00 and still no coffeemaker...all of my contact has been via e-mail because you cant get anyone on the phone (unless you have 8 hours of your life to waste)
Please dont buy this POS from them...avoid the hassle...buy from someone else
