Milk not frothed at high enough temperature so coffee needs microwave to heat up after making. Milk jug attachment intermittent on sensing if it is attached and froth inconsistent. was bought to make life easier but now regret ever seeing the thing
Don't buy a fully auto machine under any circumstances. You sacrifice control over any individual variables. Go for a double boiler semi auto. I would swap in an instant if offered but Delonghi Australia wont play ball. They say Italians like coffee this way so that must be the correct way to have coffee, sorry but Italians are not always right. . The attitude of the Delonghi phone answering staff leaves a lot to be desired. Initally they would not acknowledge any problem and I had to go to the manager of their service company to get any response bordering on helpful. There should be some method of increasing the temperature of the finished product without burning the milk. I can use a manual frother and get exactly what I want. Even after fitting a restricter grommet the milk is still not hot enough.
Harvey Norman gave a good discount from the RRP but knowing what I do now you could offer $2k off and I still wouldn't touch it
