Detailed Commentary
The first machine I received for my birthday in Nov. '04. After about 2 dozen rounds it stopped working correctly. It would shut off with more than half of the water still in the reserve. Tried all kinds of things but never worked properly again. In Dec '04, returned it to the store for a replacement. It is now March '05 and the exact thing is happening! In order to get a full pot of coffee, I have to push the on button (no grind) at least 6-8 times because it keeps shutting off!
Have to go now- I need to press the "on" button again.
Buying Experience
E-mailed cuisinart twice and have never received a response. Will not buy a product from them again.
