Bottom Line: I am glad I bought this machine. Fast brew, filters the water thru a charcoal water filter, easy to set up and clean. I am SOOO HAPPY !! /emotional sniff and tear :)
Positive Product Points

I really like the fact this machine actually has it's own charcoal filter !! :) Yes, I use bottled water, but that extra filtering process, I believe, makes a better cup of coffee. Easy to use, and clean. I would recommend this product to everyone..even my own mother !!

Negative Product Points

Ummm...thinking...thinking...nope, can't think of one bad thing to say about this coffee maker.

Detailed Commentary

After buying a coffee maker on average every year, I decided to go the extra dollar and get something more durable. I believe this coffee maker and I will have a long, happy relationship!! Everything about this system is quality..not "cheesy" or cheap. Looks great and not having to wait very long for a full pot is always a bonus in this fast paced lifestyle. It may be on the pricey side...but after you think about what I spent this past 5 years on coffee makers, it will pay for itself I'm sure. I appreciate the thought in design and really benefit from the companies attention to detail.

Buying Experience

Looking at the competition, this maker stood out of the line with the brushed stainless steel and simplicity.
