Negative Product Points
The only thing I'd change about it is the small slot in the back to put the water in. This isn't really that annoying and I haven't spilled the water yet, but I'd recommend to Cuisinart to make this one change if they could redesign it.
Detailed Commentary
This is a great coffee maker. I LOVE a good cup of hot coffee and this maker does just that. I read in previous reviews some negative comments about some of the features, but I haven't encountered them. For instance, some people complained about the difficulty in operation of the product - this isn't true. I am not that technical of a person, and had no difficulty programming the coffee maker or just basically making a pot of coffee. The buttons push in easily and there aren't too many steps to do anything. The clock can be set very easily along with the timer option. It's just a great coffee maker.

I bought this from macys.com - they were having a sale on the model I wanted (Black Matte) and it was less expensive than anywhere else I looked.
