Best Coffee Maker I've ever owned and I've owned alot. Looks nice, cleans easily, take the wooden handle off and it fits in the dishwasher.

Can't really think of any. You have to have some patience and be present for the whole brewing process. If you don't have the time, don't use this product.
Detailed Commentary
I have the same routine every morning. Get up 5:00 AM, start a kettle of water, empty the dishwasher. By the time the dishwasher is empty, the water is ready to go. No it's time to start brewing. I use the square Chemex filters (trust me, don't try to use normal store bought filters, it won't work out well). I roast my own beans, I like a FC roast. It usually takes about 8 - 10 minutes for the coffee to finish. After it's done, I pour a cup, then pour the rest into a small Thermos to keep warm. DON'T PUT THE POT DIRECTLY ON THE BURNER! Plus, coffee shouldn't be reheated anyway. Sweet Marias has a great procedure for using the Chemex, or at least give you a starting point. Won't go back to my 100.00 Cuisine Art Grind and Brew again.
Buying Experience
Bought it on EBAY for 14.00 dollars, plus shipping and handling. Had to replace the leather strap.
