Looks nice, coffee comes out hot, thermal carafe holds heat well.
Negative Product Points
The base of the unit leaks. Capresso service is very poor.
Detailed Commentary
I received this coffee maker as a gift, sent to me in the US Virgin Islands. They offered to replace the unit, but I had to return the defective unit first to them and they would then only ship to an address within the 50 states, not the US Virgin Islands.
I am very disappointed in the product and the company. This is the second bad experience I have had with them, the first being an ST600 that I tried to buy from JR Music. It came missing the caraffe and filter holder, which JR Music couldn't get from Capresso, so they just credited the purchase, although I was out the shipping.
Buying Experience
I will not buy from jr.com again. The US Virgin Islands are part of the US and there is no reason they can't ship to here as easily as anywhere within the 50 states.
