This coffee maker makes wonderful coffee and doesn't take up a lot of counter space.

Detailed Commentary
This is my favorite of all the coffee makers I have owned. The only quality complaint I have is that the thermal carafe does not hold up. I hand wash only, however the seal only seems to last about 18 months-and the replacement carafes are expensive! The second one just lost its seal so the coffee does not stay warm-again. Capresso needs to work on this!
We were lucky-I had saved the thermal carafe from our prior coffe maker-which was not a Capresso-and we found it works perfectly with this unit-and keeps the coffee hot all day.
Capresso-when we have to replace this unit whether we buy another capresso will depend on if this problem has been addressed.
