Bad product w/ bad customer service - already sent back once - will have to send it back again as they didn't fix the problems at all - poor quality

Just a lousy product with lousy customer support - Already sent back once - the problems that were reported to Capresso were not fixed at all. Not a quality product but I will send back again so that I am not out the $180 that I paid.

Doesn't brew properly - sometimes does not get all water through - makes a lot of gurgling noise, clock does not work - lots of spillage in the brewing process and while pouring.
