Detailed Commentary

I was concerned about this machine making and keeping the coffee hot,  but on the Coffee Geek's recommendation, I bought it.  I have not been sorry in the least.  Thanks.  This is a sleek looking machine that makes great coffee and keeps it hot for many hours.  I have gone to work and come home to a steaming cup of coffee.  Amazing.  Bottom line is I will replace this machine will another just like it.  As a matter of fact I am looking into buying another just to have one when this one gives up the ghost.

Buying Experience

Awholelatta coffee company needs some lessons in advertising and customer satisfaction.  My unit was a rebuilt model (the unit as I mentioned works wonderfully) however there were no charcoal filters.  After a long wait on hold, I was told that is the way the reconditioned units come.  No such notice appeared onthe website.  The rep I talked to must have thought our conversation was over because the next thing I heard was a dial tone.  Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice...it won't happen again!
