Capreso will not make a decent effort a to fix the machine. They want $60 for a new carafe and $35 to repair the mildew area.

I can think of 4 to start with: 1) The coffiee does not pour where you aim it. 2) The water gauge is hard to read. 3) Mildew forms in the water gauge area 4) The pour spout on the carafe is breaking away.
Detailed Commentary
When I pour the coffee, it is very hard to get it to pour. It comes out in many directions (not necessarily in the cup.) I need to take the top off the carafe in order to get it in the cup.
The water gauge is very hard to read. I have to measure the water into a pitcher and fill the machine that way.
Mildew has formed (on two different machines) in the water gauge area. There is no way to clean it. I have to look at this black gook every time I pour water in.
The pour spout on the carafe is breaking away in small pieces. I find pieces of plastic in my coffee cup. This is not very appetizing or healthy!
