Detailed Commentary
I was very disappointed with the Capresso MT500. As stated, I couldn't make a decent cup of coffee, regardless of strength of coffee, or grind. I thought I was doing something incorrectly, so I called Capresso (there customer service department is decent). But I wasn't. It did finish brewing quickly, and I did like the program contral buttons. I even ordered more charcoal filters and the coffee cleaning solution sold by Capresso. But in the most important respect, making coffee, the MT500 failed. I went back to using my Starbucks Barista Aroma.
