Positive Product Points
-Makes a consistent cup every time. -Also makes tea, Late, Espresso, hot chocolate and more. -Extremely quick. -Extremely simple to use. -Removable drip tray for larger cups.
Negative Product Points
-Hard to find a variety of discs to use unless you purchase online. -I think having the ability to hook this up to a water supply would complete this product (pipe dream). -I wish there was a better way to catch water for filling large cups as the bottom of the cup gets wet sitting in the holder.
Detailed Commentary
I really love this machine. Every cup of coffee I make with it is perfect. I was really excited when I got it and it exceeded my expectations. The whole family gets to use it, my son makes hot chocolate, my wife makes tea and I make coffee and other treats. There is a self cleaning disc which comes with it to rinse the internal components. Many of the removable parts I clean in my dish washer. I am really hoping that this machine lasts the test of time because it gives me exactly what I need.
Buying Experience
I got this machine on sale during boxing week so I was able to save at least $40 or so as well as getting a lot of coffee free. I still see the machine available for purchase everywhere. I would have picked this up even if it was not on sale.
