Detailed Commentary
Gilette bought this comany and quickly ruined the coffee makers. This coffee maker brews at a snails pace and actually makes worse coffee than a cheap Mr. Coffee. It is poorly made and filled with defects. After only two months, the on/off switched stopped turning off once the coffee was brewed. It makes terrible coffee. The thermal carafe looks great but this unit is very poorly made. The water drips through intermittently rather than continuously and this produces bitter coffee.
