-The unit malfunctioned after 2 months use -Coffee wasn't hot enough -I gave it all zeros since you can't use it, look at it, get any value out of it, etc when it's in the garbage.
Detailed Commentary
I was disappointed with this machine. It made just a very average cup of coffee and it broke after only 2 months of use - albeit heavy use since I brew coffee as much as 3 times a day wben I'm home and not away on trips. But still, 150 or so brews and then DOA is bad quality. Even the cheapest coffee maker should have a life of a couple of years. The machine was easy to use - afterall shouldn't an inexpensive coffee maker be easy to use? There's not much more to say about this machine... there are many better ones out there than this one.
Buying Experience
Good, since it was purchased at a retailer that had no connection with the machine except for selling it.
