Positive Product Points
Makes hot coffee quickly. Cute LED clock on front of machine. Box was easy to recycle.
Negative Product Points
Makes coffee faster than basket can brew. Caraffe and basket don't work well together. Often get pluggage and spill overs.
Detailed Commentary
When all goes well, machine makes good coffee. When all goes on counter and in coffee resevoir, plan on being late to work. My girl friend was convinced I could not correctly assemble a coffee maker. Now, she often makes coffee in the morning and has experience the same problem. I have kept previous coffee makers in the closet, just incase a caraffe breaks. This one does not deserve the closet. It is going in the garbage. Never used the program funtion on the machine. The black color work well. Don't see all the coffee stains on it. I used to swear by Black and Decker, but no more. the basket, caraffe thing ruined the product for me. They must have known about the issue before they marketed it. Also, my daughter love to play with boxes, but was not inamoured with the Black and Decker Box.
