Positive Product Points

Works very well. Never had any problems. Coffee it makes is very good quality, no burnt taste. Easy to use.

Negative Product Points

Streamer is sometimes slow to shut off. Hot water delivery pipe does splutter

Detailed Commentary

We got this machine as a replace to a Krups. The Krups was the 3rd one in a month. So we went Sunbeam. The machine is very easy to set up and us. The large water tank at the back is great and can be filled either thru a door in the top or by removing the tank and taking it to a tap.
By following the instructions you can vary the temp and the amount of water that is pumped through the grind. The ability to set 1 or 2 cups by push button is useful.
Build quality is very good and easy to clean. The machine looks smart in the kitchen.

Buying Experience

Harvey Norman 's are a major retailer in Australia.  The buying experience was satisfactory.
