This is a nice-looking, modern machine. But do not buy one on eBay, irrespective of how low the price! I bought a brand-new one, direct from Starbucks. After about 3 months, it started to get persistent vapor lock. Talked to Starbucks numerous times, where they each time suggested something to try (e.g., rigorous descaling procedures). But eventually they admitted that the model has unfixable design flaws and that they have discontinued making and selling this model. Since its problems cannot be fixed, obviously it would make a very bad buy!
Buying Experience
Starbucks customer service is good, and with a model that actually works, it would be a good vendor to use.
