I purchased a used machine almost 4 yrs ago and have been using this without any mechanical problem so far. machine looks neat&tiny but is very heavy, consitant and reliable. Saeco did a great favour to Starbucks indeed.
Negative Product Points
not really trick but a bit tricky when install a water tank beacuase of the location of water hose. you will need some patience to make a satisfactory foam and to remove the milky seals of steam wand!! but that is also a part of fun.
