Positive Product Points

Easy to use.  Swivel steam wand is excellent.  Heats up quickly.  Good price.

Negative Product Points

Would be a fantastic machine for a lefty... if steamwand was on the right hand side of machine would be that much more user friendly.

Detailed Commentary

I love this machine!  First I was sceptical of how good this machine was until I demo'd it.  Its a tough little machine and if you aren't great at tamping then you can buy the espresso pods for easier use.  Great colour selection... white, graphite, basic black and stainless steel (my personal fave).  Also this isn't much larger than your average drip coffee maker so if you are low on counter space this could be the perfect option for you.

Great microfoam from the steamwand.  Just ensure you follow the instructions and prime the machine so you don't get pressure build up or milk trapped in the wand.

I highly recommend this machine to anyone wanting a basic yet solid espresso machine.  You won't be disappointed!

Buying Experience

Great! If you want to see how wonderful this machine is go to your local Starbucks store and ask a barista to demo it for you.
