Nice to look at - easy and fun to use - the Mr. Right of automatic espresso makers?
Positive Product Points
This is my first experience with an espresso machine. The translated instructions are funny but they do explain how to operate the machine pretty well. I had it up and running very quickly.
Negative Product Points
Although there is a place on top of the machine to put cups, there is no active cup warmer. Also, the steaming wand is a bit clumsy. (maybe that's just me)
Detailed Commentary
Not having the time or patience for the grinding/tamping thing, I find the Divina - Divine! It's got great visual appeal - important in something that is always on the counter.
I can have my decaf beans and my guests can have their caffeine via the ground coffee doser. There is no waiting between shots, steam or hot water so everyone can sit down and enjoy their drinks together.
The machine is easy to clean - rinse everything with hot water, dry and replace. The water tank and coffee bean holder are readily accessable. Also the grinder is fairly quiet (the cat didn't flinch). It's easy to customize your drinks with control over the grind, quantity of coffee and the amount of water dispensed.
Hey, did I mention that it makes good stuff to drink?
