Detailed Commentary
I had the machine only two months when it broke. The water would no longer push through to make espresso. I sent it back and they returned it broken. I sent it back again and they still returned it broken. I sent it back a third time and requested that they replace it or not send it back at all, and they sent me the old machine back again. It does work now, but they had my machine for two months on and off. I only had it for two months before it broke. Their customer service has been inexcusable. I would not recommend buying this product. The company is unhelpful and unsympathetic to the customer needs.
