Bottom Line: Super value for the money. Very reliable.  A great product.
Positive Product Points

Great machine.

Steam wand works well.
Easy to clean.

Negative Product Points

Hard to fit bigger cups under tray for drinks like americanos or allonges

Detailed Commentary

We researched a lot of machines and found that, for the money the Saeco, gave really great value.  It pulls very nice shots and is forgiving of grind.  It must be warmed up properly to work well.

The steam wand has no problem generating lots of steam. The tray is easy to clean and holds a lot of spillover.
Once it has been properly preheated, it makes very hot espresso. We find that it does a great job with imported espressos as well as domestic products.
The handle seems to have some kind of valve mechanism. This is a positive feature as this machine pulls much  better shots that our previous machine that did not have this feature.

After three years of 6+ uses a day, we have not had any probems.

Buying Experience

Vendor was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave a nice demonstration and gave us some coffee with  the machine
