A true benchmark machine, this machine made Rancilio a lot of money since it was introduced in 1998 - it has become the standard against which all other consumer, single boiler machines are measured against. Currently in its 3rd revision.
Bottom Line: If you want a machine that makes near perfect expresso or latte at a reasonnable price and that will last for a very long time , buy the Rancilla combo, you won't regret it.
Bottom Line: Almost a brilliant machine - but what a major potiential weakness!! Buy it, but haggle hard as it is not quite as indestructable as the glossy brochures would have you believe.
Bottom Line: Beatiful machine, exellent espresso, but regular steel base is prone to rust! Spill tray area is rusty after 3 years of heavy use. Seriously Rancilio????
Bottom Line: Serious quality - well built - commercial grade. Requires desire to learn about proper extraction. With the right grind and technique - will provide better coffee than all but the best coffee shops
Bottom Line: A must have machine for the common household barista to make a killer latte to impress the friends and family. It's one step away from going commercial.
Bottom Line: Happy, great machine, well built, nothing wrong, no defects, no mishaps, macine reads your mind, perfection, everyone should own one! grind your own beans. I will roast soon.
