Detailed Commentary
Once I got the grinding right the coffe tastes great, but I find it difficult to get the right crema for an espresso. But that probably has to do with the size of grinding.
It is quite easy to use and the watertank is easy to reach from the top. The best feature is skimming the milk for cappuccino, when done right it gives you a creamy foam. It took about 2 weeks to get to know the machine well enough to get an excellent cappuccino, but it was worth the effort!
To solve the problem with getting the machine into right temperature I bought a timer and set it on 2 hours before brewing (in the morning). I read a lot of reviews where people complain about not getting a decent cup of coffee from this machine. If the machine is not warm enough both the coffee and skimming the milk will be spoiled.
Buying Experience
I ordered it from an Internet store, and they shipped next business day. They also have a service unit close to where I live, in case the machine breaks down.
