Large easy to operate controls. Stainless, stainless and more stainless steel. Quality construction with professional appearance. Relatively quiet operation.

Because of it‘s quality construction it‘s heavy for it‘s size. Better find Silvia a good home on your counter because she doesn‘t slide around easy.
Detailed Commentary
I believe that the $399 (shipping incl) I paid for Silvia was worth every penny. The solid construction with minimal platic should provide years of reliable espresso in my home. Upon my first espresso shot with Silvia I notice a tremendous difference in appearance and taste as compared to my older Delonghi machine.
