Negative Product Points

Takes time to learn how to get a good espresso.

Detailed Commentary

I guess you get the most out of your Silvia if you get a good grinder as well (wich I don't have).

It looks really professional and solid.

It is easy to keep it clean.

You have to be patient with it, and get to know how it works.

You can't just use any espressogrind with it (the right grind is important).

It's important to use the right amount of tamppressure to get the right result.

Watch the intructionalvideo to get tips on how to use your Silvia.

Use freshly ground coffee for best results.

Remember to keep all the parts (filters etc) clean. Empty the dispenser after use and wipe off the steamhead after use.

Buying Experience

Good.

Three Month Followup

It takes time to learn how to operate the Silvia. You probably need a good grinder to get the most out of it. And I have heard from many users that a good grinder is almost neccesary.
