Subscribed through Illy membership. Just a good machine that makes great espresso. Of course you need good grinder and coffee. Support from Pasquini and Illy has been top notch. Technician spent over hour on phone trying to help fine water leak. Nice SS case. Dual thermoblock system seem to work and maintain nice temperature. I am impressed. I think this is an underrated machine. Oh and excellent steam power and microfoaming. Machine has nice internal wormanship and easy to understand layout. The one issue is use good water. It scale build up happens it will be easier to replace thermoblock than repair it. From what I understand the price for thermoblocks is reasonable.
