Simple/easy to use...Consistent, small footprint, quality and no hassle.

Capsules should be recyclable or easier to recycle...The frothing attachment is not great...It's not terrible but should be better, IMHO

This is not going to produce the best tasting shot, not by a long shot...But better than 90% of cafes?...Absolutely...It's easy, fast, makes a consistent shot and is very clean...Very happy with the machine and would recommend it to others
Frothing attachment we also purchased with it is not great...It never gets the milk hot enough and water invariably ends up into the milk
The shots give you good crema everytime which is more than you can say for most machines that require 2 or 3 times the effort/time this one needs.
There are a decent variety of capsules with varying strengths...Nespresso also has specialty capsules from time to time to mix it up...Personally, I love the Roma and Ristretto

I didn't think it was worth the 500-600 price tag but bought it refurbished through Nespresso for 300 and haven't had a single problem...Quality item
