Horrible customer service, the grinder broke after 11 days of careful, manual-following ownership due to a design flaw. Since the company was 0 help in fixing the product (wanted us to pay to ship there and back to have the machine [the one that crapped out after - need i remind you - ELEVEN days]- potentially fixed: only if they decided it was their job to do so). No special service regardless of the overpriced system not even making it 2 weeks on the shelf. $800, 11 days.
Now, to drive the point home about how much of a lemon this machine is, there is something wrong with the pressure. This is day 28 or ownership. We've checked, and rechecked the manual, tried preparing pre-ground coffee beans, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line is that the Lelit company is a terrible one, filled with terrible customer service, useless machines, and they will rip you off in the fine print. Seriously, buyer beware. I have never been so disappointed/felt so manipulated by a company in my life.
