Very simple to use and got good espresso from start - and its getting better.

No tamper - enclosed plastic spoon is suggested in manual but useless (it bends and the face is to small)
Detailed Commentary
Bought the machine because it was on sale at John Lewis down from £280 to £170 (was going to get a Silvia but worried that I wouldn't use it enough to warrant £300). Like the look of the machine and its an ok size to leave on the worktop. Have been very impressed with it in use. Find I have to really tamp the coffee down hard but thereafter it produces good espresso (and not bad with pods). Steamer could be quicker but is not a real problem - takes about a minute to steam milk for two large lattes. Like it a lot.
