Detailed Commentary

La pavoni are beautiful and functional machine, good coffe exelent steam production. One of the best home machines available today. You have to learn the machine and match it to your coffe grind. It takes a little practic to get the machine and grinder balanced.I started getting great tasting shots as son as i made the grind fine enough. I use a La pavoni jolly grinder. The grind is very fine and tamp is pretty hard. Pull the handle slowly and you make great coffe. Im also roast my beans (hearth ware precision roaster) I use expresso blend based on 80% high quality arabica and 20% robusta

Buying Experience

I paid about 350 dollar
