pump keep getting weaker and weaker by the week.after three months pump would not develope pressure.
krups warrently service is the worse!after waiting five weeks on parts for a machine not four months old,half a dozen e-mails and a dozen phone calls.they finally agreed to replace it.then waited three weeks to receive the new machine.their service center stocked no parts and did not even sell krups.they were the appliance store recommened by krups.the service center ordered the machine from krups which took the three weeks.the service center said it usually took krups up to six weeks to ship.what a bunch of crap.i felt i spent $200 on a piece of junk!
krups blamed the service center for the delay.the service center blamed krups for the delay.neither one wanted to help.phone waits on hold were twenty+ minutes per call.e-mails took up to a week to get an answer.quite a trying experience!
