- Easy to use: Programmable automatic buttons allow for easy operation for 1 shot or 2 shots
- Looks good
- Reasonable espresso shots when you get the right grind for the machine [must be alittle coarser than your standard espresso grind]
- Water tank well designed and easy to remove
- Small footprint

- Filter carrier is a little flimsy
- Needs a coarser grind: Overextraction of standard pre ground espresso
- Steaming wand could have done with a bit more power, although foaming enhancer tends to quicken foaming
- Reasonable not great expresso shots

Produces reasonable shots if you can get the proper grind for the machine.
Struggles if you have to make more than 4 cappuccino at once
