As long as you enjoy the taste any machine is great
Positive Product Points
So far I found the machine to be working just fine. The wife likes the taste of the coffee and if I can keep her out of Starbucks then I know I bought a good machine. There are 2 others at my work who have the same machine and the both enjoy it.
Negative Product Points
The biggest draw back is the the frother spout is to low. You can not froth two cups of milk at once without it spilling out and over the rim.
Detailed Commentary
I bought mine at a close out for $70.00. It still had the price tag on the bottom for $199. I do not think I would have looked at it at that price.
