Negative Product Points

Steamer takes a little getting use to.

Detailed Commentary

This machines does it all. Fill the water tank (57 oz), load the bean in the hopper (hold 12 oz), prime the system (first start only) and you are ready. Heat up in under a minute. Dial in out much espresso you want (1 to 8 oz) press the start button (once for 1 cup twice for 2). It grinds the beans with a burr grinder(18 settings) , loads into hopper, tamps, makes the espresso, then dumps the grinds. You are ready to go again. The steamer has a seperate control and takes about 1 min to heat. Make plenty of steam. The only negative thing is you must discharge the steamer before you make more coffee. Unit is easy to maintain and comes with video instructions.
I‘ve had other units where I had to have a seperate grinder, load and tamp, make a cup, dump and clean unit and restart. This unit makes it as easy as getting a cup of coffee from a vending machine. The quality of the coffee is excellent.
Good buy Starbucks, Coffeebean...etc.
Unit retail for approx $600, I bought on line from Chef‘s Catalog (chefscatalog.com)for $399 and free shipping.
