Detailed Commentary

The S9 is an easy to use-apparatus. It makes fantastic coffee all day long. Before the Jura I had a Pavoni which makes a delicious cup, but was dangerous for my children because of the heat of the machine (outside). I looked for a automated machine and tested the S9 and loved it instantly. The steaming of milk doesn't satisfy and the temperature of the coffee should be higher. The cleaning of the machine is automated. The refusal is quick and easy to handle. If I could change the design I would make it 2/3 of the size...

Buying Experience

Bought in Holland; great service from the wholesaler in Zoetermeer. Waitinglist for service was 9 days but shipping (after confirmed okay for repair) was same day. Good communications. Fair prices for repairs.

Three Month Followup

What a wonderful device (more important than a vacuumcleaner :-) )

One Year Followup

We had one repair (boiler). Although out of garantee the importer/dealer charged a small amount of euro's but also fixed other minors. Cleaning the device is easy, the coffee is still great.  No regrets!
