Awesome machine while it lasts. Problems with leaking on the counter twice and had to return. Keep receipt. Would not buy again.

Produced hundreds of perfect lattes. Easy to use. Looks nice.

Internal pressure builds up and produces a leak on counter. Had to have the machine exchanged once and returned the second time.
Detailed Commentary
After 3 months, it hissed and had an internal leak and leaked water on the counter. Starbucks exchanged the machine with no hassle at all. Had the identical machine for another year and a half and worked great while it worked. Again, the same thing happened and it hissed and started leaking on the counter. Starbucks recommended to receive a full refund since it was no longer "safe" to use. They could not offer an exchange since they no longer carry it. I have the money back now and could go to Saeco and buy the same machine but will not. After that experience twice, I believe I will try another machine... although it was an awesome machine while it lasted! Keep the receipt and you'll be fine while it lasts. I hate to see the machine gone :(
