Bought at local espresso boutique and paid over $300. Too expensive for overall product.
I'm not pleased with the quality of crema produced or overall taste of espresso after trying 4-5 different types & roasts of beans and adjusting the grind. The frother is much too short for adequately steaming of milk. After many years of wanting to purchase a quality machine, I'm quite disappointed in the product & feel I should have spent the money on another brand.
