Positive Product Points

Consistent performance. Good cycle time.

Negative Product Points

Poor design of water reservoir.  Steam wand is hard to clean.

Detailed Commentary

We pull around 100 double shots per week on our machine and this little machine lasted 17 months before we killed the pump. That death was due to abuse on our part and it would have gone longer if we took the time to clean it at least every other month.

Steaming is just so-so and trying to steam more than 16oz of milk takes a long time. Making several milk-based drinks can easily take 10 minutes or more. The wand has lots of small crevices and needs to be fully taken apart to clean well. With our usage, that just doesn't happen and the result is lots of hard deposits on the wand. In the end, the plastic parts had to be replaced.

Buying Experience

Buying was fine.
