Will never buy another Gaggia, I thought it had a good reputation but I am certainly disappointed
Positive Product Points
Great looking machine, strong and sturdy and makes great coffee.
Negative Product Points
Had a major problem just after the warranty ran out. Cost $150 to repair, had to send interestate as nobody in Canberra want to touch the Gaggia as they have too many problems, they tell me. Just recently had another major problem another $100. Once it goes again, I shall be looking at buying something else. I look after things very well but found that the base has rusted and of course the gold finish wears of the tray as well.

I paid around $900 including the gaggia mm grinder (that is great).
